This picture is quite stunning in my opinion. I love how the background is all blurred out and the entire focus is on the model which really hightlights the vision. The blue in her hair and on her eyes really gives the picture an powerful edge to it and the way the model is looking away from the camera instead of at it gives the picture more beauty and class. It is a lovely piece of work Overall, all the techniques combined gives the photo an impact and I am looking forward to seeing more work from yourself. keep up the good work
I just like the colors a lot. She stands out great without just, glowing, which seems to happen a lot with her lighter skin tone. I like her more realistic sense of concentration too, it isn't strained where it looks fake and it isn't tired and silly silly looking kind of looks like maybe just after the fact.
I like the makeup but for me, if the picture doesn't have a message or a deeper meaning it can't be a "statement." Try telling a story with one shot, a story that really is worth a thousand words.
If you wanted her to mock a bird, perhaps a full body shot that utilizes her long features and is near a fence/bars or something that could represent a cage.
Too typical? Okay, perhaps she is quickly leaving a lover and being "flighty."
Or go farther and comment on how the woman is a grounded bird, like a peacock, beautiful but forever confined to the ground (e.g. use airplanes, ballons, high-rise offices with successful business women or whatever).
I know that's a lot and hard to accomplish a shot like I've suggested, but I think it would transform your photo into art and set you apart from others if you used your skills to say something.
I think its perfect! I really love how the blue in her hair matches the eye shadow in her eye. Also, the model's profile is stunning and her shoulders are really delicate looking which contribute to the natural elements around her. Fantastic job!
The picture is nice, but I would've let her hair down, or else wouldn't let her hunch her shoulders forward. To me, it kind of looks like her head is too big for the rest of her body now, cause her body itself looks so skinny.
