A high impact photo. I love the light glares and brightness surrounding the subject, it really makes everything pop for sure. Speaking on the topic of brightness though, I believe that it almost washes out the subject a tad bit from behind. This creates an illusion that she is flat. I don't know if it was your editing job, or your light source, but this didn't seem natural to me.
I really enjoyed the fact that the rose is almost perfectly centered and is in full focus whereas the girl is kind of backing it. Unique technical touch, well done.
I also liked the colour palette you chose and STUCK WITH. It is very important that you stick with certain colours, be they neutral and/or another colour. In this piece you have displayed this well, making it glow naturally and organically without being too busy.
All right, my first critique in a while and I think I'll start by just giving you my thoughts. I assume you've edited this slightly to bring down her skin tone, and make the red stand out. I feel like you're losing your models hair, perhaps if you made a selection of it and brought the colour out a bit more around the edge? But otherwise the colour works. I do think you're starting to lose your model into the background, and maybe this is what you're going for? The focus is tack sharp on the rose, with a slight bokeh by the time you get to her face, and it looks great. I find that I would prefer the negative space in the photo to be in the direction that she is facing, rather than behind her. This would give more of the illusion that she was looking in the direction of something out of frame. So to sum up, great focus, good comp (would change for personal preference ), colours work very well and I like the desaturation. Great shot.

Keep up the beautiful work.
